WALT: Cooking zucchini at TC,Auckland
Today we are in the cooking class and cooking zucchini at Tamaki College.The recipe is
the immature fruit of a vegetable marrow a courgette.
2 medium zucchini sliced into 1/2" rounds.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 of water
1/3 cup shredded parmesan carrot divided into small pieces.
